Condo Accommodations
Our condo has room for 5 comfortably in the 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom unit. High speed internet, a fully stocked kitchen, and even items used for the beach and pool… we’ve tried to think of items to make your stay more comfortable than the “ordinary” AirBnB experience.
Living Room
The 65″ Television has a Roku device, so you’ll want to have your Roku account setup prior to coming. We’ll have the system set to “Guest Mode” so you can easily check-in and check-out of your favorite Roku channels.
We have an air conditioning unit and a wireless ceiling fan for comfort.
The sliding glass doors open completely to the living room balcony, which has a stunning view from the mountains to the ocean. At 1.8 kilometers away from the ocean, we can see cruise ships and nightly fireworks. The cruise ships dock at the Marina, across the street from Liverpool which is a large shopping mall.
Kitchen
We’ve outfitted the kitchen with everything you’ll need for a long term stay or just a quick getaway weekend.
The kitchen sink has a water purification system added for additional health and safety. And the full size refrigerator has an ice maker with a water dispenser.

Master Bedroom & Bath
The bed is King sized with a high end Sealy Posturepedic Pillow Top mattress along with fine sheets. We have a television with a built in Roku also set to guest mode for easy check-in and check-out for your personalized channels.
Each bedroom has it’s own air conditioning unit and a wireless ceiling fan for your comfort.
The closet separates the bedroom from the bathroom with plenty of room to fully unpack and unwind. There is also a digital/button safe in this closet for your passport and any valuables. There is plenty of room in the closets for long term living.
Guest Bedroom & Bath
The bed is Full/Matrimonial sized with a high end Sealy Posturepedic Pillow Top mattress. Underneath is a sliding and built-in Twin sized trundle. This gives the room sleeping quarters for 3 people comfortably. We have a television with a built in Roku also set to guest mode for easy check-in and check-out for your personalized channels.

The closet separates the bedroom from the bathroom with plenty of room to fully unpack and unwind. This is a very similar setup to the Master Bedroom and Bath. There is plenty of room in the closets for long term living.
Pool & Common Area
The Pool is open all year and it has a separate jetted spa section (the spa section isn’t heated to a different temperature, it is just a separate sitting area from the rest of the pool). Pool hours are 9am until 10pm 7 days a week, year-round (opens at 3pm on Mondays for deep cleaning).
We have a Barbecue and seating area that is for the common use of the entire building. There are two full size grills, two sinks, electrical outlets, and multiple tables & chairs for comfortable outdoor entertaining.
Building Entrance & Parking
The Centrika Condo building was completed in May of 2022. Owners are moving-in throughout the summer months of 2022. We also are working through the final construction and handover of common areas and the parking lot. We anticipate construction to taper off during June and July, 2022. Until then, we ask for a little patience with access to the pool and parking, just until everything gets ironed out. Shouldn’t be long!
We have one parking space within the gated and secured lot, and that is number 27. Additional on-street parking is available around the building. The neighborhood is low-key and relaxed, not the hustle and bustle of downtown Vallarta. Therefore, there is plenty of safe on-street parking available.
