Pool & Outside Entertaining

The pool is for the entire building and is on the ground level. There are restrooms by the pool as well as an outdoor shower. The jetted sitting area is separate from the main pool, which is the same temperature as the main pool. So this is not a hot tub.

The pool area has umbrellas and lounge chairs available for all to use. We stock beach and pool towels for outside use, and those stay in the condo.

The outside entertainment area is adjacent to the pool. It has 2 sinks, 2 barbecue grills, and several tables for dining.

Kitchen & Dining

It’s always a question… how well will a particular AirBnB be stocked? We’ve been there too. We have rented from other AirBnB’s in Vallarta that did not have adequate supplies within their condo. It was a pain, but we are nice guests, and we shopped for basic provisions while on vacation.

But not at Casa De Dos Soles! We have everything that you need… coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cleaning cloths, soap, detergent, bottle & wine openers, hot pads, paper towels, plastic cups for the pool area, ice maker, blender, etc.

Flexible Check In

We do have contactless check-in and check-out. A key lock box is located just to the right of our front door. And the building’s front door can be unlocked with a code for after hours arrivals.

Sometimes you may want assistance though, with a local person for help. That is just fine, we have a property manager that can assist with all aspects of the rental on an as-needed basis. His name is David Moreno, and he actually lives in the building too. His direct number is +52 322-131-2067. Please let us know ahead of time if this is your preferred check-in procedure.

Bedding & Baths

The mattresses, bedding, and sleeping areas are well thought out for comfort and relaxation. Each nightstand has a lamp with additional power outlets and USB charging connections.

The bathrooms are well stocked with basic toiletries and toilet paper. We have bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for 8 people, more than enough for a short term stay.

Puerto Vallarta is a bustling, 365 day-a-year party, with construction and entertainment at all hours. This is normal and part of the charm. As such, each bedroom has a high quality white-noise machine as well as black-out shades for complete rest.

Security & Parking

Centrika has a secure and gated parking lot where we have a single designated space. Security for the building is 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Access to Centrika’s front door is controlled in the evenings, but open during the day. You will have a key code to open the building’s front door for after hours.

We also have a safe with a keypad in the Master Bedroom closet where you can store any valuables and/or passports. However, this is a very safe and affluent area of Puerto Vallarta. You will feel very comfortable walking around the neighborhood and adjoining communities. This security is, of course, just a precaution.

Internet & TV

We have internet through TelMex at 50 to 90 Mbps. The wireless router is located by the TV in the living room, which serves up WiFi to the entire apartment nicely. The WiFi password is on the information placard by the TV.

All of the TV’s utilize Roku and it’s “Guest Mode” for television service. We do not have cable television or any over-the-air signals. It’s best to have your Roku account established prior to arrival, however the system is flexible enough to sign you up for free when you are here.
